Every installation comes with our 10 year workmanship warranty, plus a manufacturer warranty of up to 12 years depending on the boiler you choose. We also give a 1 year money back guarantee: if the boiler isn't working and we have tried fixing it, Boiler Town will reimburse you, no questions asked.
Yes. Your heating system needs a thorough clean when a new boiler goes in, otherwise manufacturers can void the warranty. We include a professional power flush at no extra cost, which removes sludge, rust and debris to protect your new boiler. As a standalone service this can cost up to £1,000.
Yes. Find a like for like quote and we will match it or beat it by up to £100.
Yes. We are fully insured and all our engineers are Gas Safe registered, number 959272. We are also members of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE) and WaterSafe.
