What is included in a boiler service?
Our Gas Safe engineers all follow a comprehensive Heating and Hot Water Industry Council (HHIC) checklist to make sure everything has been tested and is working well. This includes:
- A visual inspection of the boiler
- Boiler controls checks
- Boiler flue and terminal checks
- Gas and water seals check
- Correct operating boiler pressure reset
- Heating controls advice
- Burner checks
- Safety device checks
- Ignition system check
- Gas pressure, filling loop and heat input verification
- Flue gas analysis
